I have the honour to submit for the

signification of His Majesty's pleasure copies of Ordinance,

No.15 of 1921, intituled:-

An Ordinance to authorize the Appropriation of a

Supplementary Sum of One million four hundred and

fifty-seven thousand seven hundred and eighty-seven Dollars and seventy-four Cents to defray the

Charges of the year 1920.

I enclose also the customary report by the Attorney General and the Hansard Reports of the debates at

the First and Second Reedings of the Bill.

I have further to transmit in accordance

with Colonial Regulation No.255 the Appropriation Account

for the year 1920 which embodies full information respecting

the excesses and saving under each sub-head of the Estimates

of Expenditure.
